Visa Trouble guide

How to build a visa evidence plan you can actually use

An evidence plan is more useful than a folder full of files. It should show what each record supports, where it came from, whether it is complete and what still needs to happen.

Organize around requirements

Group evidence by the question it helps answer, not only by document type. One record may support several points, but each connection should be explicit.

Keep provenance

Retain the original source, relevant page or section, date and any translation or explanation. Avoid editing away context that a reviewer may need.

Make gaps actionable

A gap should lead to a concrete next step: request a record, clarify a date, resolve a conflict, obtain a qualified review or decide that the route is not a fit.
